Placing an order

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our workshop in the mortal realm (USA).
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on your location, carrier, or inter-dimensional weather.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs fees.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship, we are a small craft store and sometimes that means making the item once it is purchased.

Returns & refunds

Because our items are handmade and often made-to-order:

• All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of damage or error on our part.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement or store credit.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
